Reactivate started in November 2016 as a pilot action to promote fair, free and circular job mobility of over 35 people through out the European Union.
For the first time, an initiative within European mobility schemes specifically targeted jobseekers over 35 years old, taking into consideration their characteristics, their needs as well as their assets.
Despite being a small-scale pilot action, it achieved interesting and very satisfactory results, during the three phases that have since been implemented.
From the number of JOBSEEKERS who RECEIVED SUPPORT:
To the number of CANDIDATES who got an EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT. The number of recruited candidates increased over the years and the objectives fixed by the project have always been fulfilled and overcome.
Finally, Reactivate project has also offered SUPPORT and SERVICES to many EUROPEAN COMPANIES:
