Reactivate has developed a pilot scheme named ENTERSHIP targeting Italian jobseekers/jobchangers moving to Germany or Malta. This is an outcome-oriented traineeship with an individualized and tailored pathway aimed at guaranteeing a stable inclusion of the workers in the labour market, through a preparatory program including specific services such as coaching sessions.
Thanks to our collaboration with LIFE COACH ITALY S.r.l., a company specialized in designed and delivered career and corporate coaching programs to enterprises and people, we can offer a specific service to the candidates involved in the pilot scheme ENTERSHIP. In fact, coaching aims to help career changers to “make the change”, to make easier the identification of the most effective tools in how to prioritise and to skilfully manage scheduling. Coaching focuses the person on action, through a process of discovery and development of objectives and actions to be taken for their achievement.
Candidates can participate in one-to-one or group coaching sessions, depending on their profile and their objectives.
